"Tamasha" Premiere @ Luxus Grand Cinema - A memorable evening

In 80s and even 90s it was a craze to watch every new movie in cinema. Pakistan film industry was flourishing at that time and people had nice stuff to watch and enjoy. 

Eventually the level of Pakistani movies started declining, which resulted in recession of cinema business. In last few years, Pakistani film industry has been growing  and many cinemas are back in business. 

Luxus grand Cinema is one of them. On Thursday 22 November, 2015, I attended the Red carpet premiere of Bollywood film "Tamasha" staring Ranbeer Kapoor and Deepika Padukone at Lahore's Luxus Grand Cinema.

About the Cinema:

Luxus Grand Cinema started its operations in January, 2015 and is the only cinema in Lahore which is located inside a hotel. The three screen multiplex has digital 3D screen with a state of the art 7.1 surround sound system and it is situated in Luxus Grand Hotel.

Lets share some exciting details of the event with you. 

This event was managed by Troika Events & PR. Luckily, I got invite as well. The premiere was a well attended affair where models, actors and socialites were spotted.

Usually the interior of a place would be the first thing which attracts and inspires a visitor . The attention of a viewer could be grabbed and hold by creating a mesmerizing environment. Same in case of "Luxus Grand Cinema". Everything was arranged in a classy manner, especially the beautiful flower arrangements . Overall, the relaunch of cinema is appreciable. 

The experience of surround sound system was cool (even you may enjoy, an average song as well :D)

The comfortable seats, well behaved staff, eye catching & relaxing environment collectively made "Luxus Grand Cinema" a perfect cinema to visit with your family. Last but not the least pop corns were available at affordable price :p 

Overall, it was an amazing experience. Thumbs up for "Luxus Grand Cinema". I would love to visit it again for such luxury experience. 

About the movie:

I have some mixed views about this movie. For me it is not a master piece of Imtiaz Ali. I felt, Imtiaz is confused with his characters. You may read about the film from many sites but I am planning to do something new this time. Soon you will be able to read a detailed post based on the movie "Tamasha". What I am going to do this time??? well will share soon. Just wait and watch.....
