[Pakistan Friday 25th December 2015]:  2015 was a bright year for Pakistani Cinema as more than fourteen films hit cinemas and enthralled the Pakistani audiences.  Continuing the momentum is the year 2016 where Pakistani Cinema is all set to reach newer heights with a handful of new films all set to release. One of such promising film is the romantic ‘Ishq Positive’ directed by Noor Bukhari which will be hitting cinemas all across Pakistan this April 2016.
The film stars the award-winning actress and Pakistani silver screen luminary Noor Bukhari and marks the acting debut of singer Wali Hamid Khan, son of the legendary Hamid Ali Khan. Moreover the ensemble cast includes the likes of Saud, Saim Ali, Ahmed Ali, Faria Bukhari and Durdana Butt. The film was brought in front of the media for the first time on Friday 25 December 2015 and this introduction was facilitated through a star studded Music Launch Event at Summit Hall, Royal Palm Lahore. The attendees included celebrities, bloggers and media who were given an exclusive look into the melodious world of ‘Ishq Positive’

The highlight of the event was the performance by the living legends ‘Rahat Fateh Ali Khan’ and ‘Hamid Ali Khan’ who have both lent their voice to the film and performed live on these very numbers. Furthermore the leading actor of the film ‘Wali Hamid Khan’ who has also sung for the film performed on the title track alongside upcoming singer ‘Damia Farooq’. Moreover the audiences were in for a surprise as music band ‘Raga Boyz’ also performed on their super hit number ‘Mann Qunto Maula’.

In addition to the live musical performances the audiences were further treated to the teaser videos of three songs ‘Ishq Positive (Dil Ka Panchi)’, ‘Rab Diyaan Rab’ and ‘Aja Main Sikhadon Tujhay Dance’ from the film.

The event was hosted by Natasha Hussain who kept the audience entertained with her hosting skills and continuous interactions with the audience.

Talking about the film Noor mentioned how it’s a small effort from the team and that she hopes the audiences like their effort. The music launch was well attended and included appearances by celebrities such as Meera, Amanat Ali, Fia Sophia Khan, Noman Jawaid, Tony, Xille Humma, Natasha Ali, Ahmed Butt among others.

This was the whole story. Now let me tell you about my experience. I also attended this event along with my blogger friends Tayyaba Rana and Fakhra Khan. Friends get together is the most fascinating part of an event for me. So, meeting with Tayyaba and Fakhra was a cherry on top. We enjoyed the event as well as company of each other. Overall, it was a joyous evening.

The media and event management was by Troika Events & PR. Time management, fascinating arrangements and keen supervision of all aspects of the event, in short professional excellence is peculiarity of Troika Events & PR. Thumbs up for Troika.
